Stage 2

Hiring Manager Shortlist

The hiring manager will review your CV and cover letter, and score your application against the criteria set out in the person specification. They cannot see any of your personal details at this stage. 
Stage 3

Phone Screen with Hiring Manager

After reviewing your CV and cover letter, the hiring manager may want to speak to you to find out more about your experience. This is usually via a telephone call, and we'll arrange a convenient time with you in advance.
Stage 4

Main Interview

In advance of this interview, you'll receive the questions the interview panel would like to ask you. These questions form the basis of the interview, and of course the interviewers will have more questions, based on your answers. You'll also know in advance who you will be meeting in your interview.
Stage 5

Hired

We have a comprehensive induction process so that you feel part of our Blood Cancer UK family from day one.
